He has said in several interviews the album Leprosy by Death was the reason he picked up a guitar. He even played a black Stealth like Chuck and used to cover Death songs. Secondly he has a long way to go to even be considered on Chuck's level musically, but I do like his music. (The little he has put out in 10 years) As far a Brain Drill, its hardly even music. Mostly blast beats and wanking. Totally forgettable...

I think this is the message Chuck always tried to tell us... Even in Scream Bloody Gore and Leprosy, a kind of social critic. It´s a very simple message, but says it all...And Death´s music transcend all these fucking nacionalist things and arguments, no matter if you´re jewish, arabian, australian, brazilian or chinese. Music has no nacionality.

January 6th, 2009 at 08:11:43 actually I don't think so...3 last albums of Death shows that Chuck headed the other way than death metal...it's just progressive and a bit power metal and when you compare Sound of Perseverance's sound with sound of Control Denied it's almost the same except vocals...and Control Denied is 100% power metal
