God damnit i know the music choice is horrible! When we got that straight...: I thought i would make a video about the history of Denmark since there wern't anyone else who did it (and some lamer (shakes angry fist in air!) made one about Sweden). This is my first video release and english is not my native tongue so there might be some grammar mistakes. Enjoy and feel free to debate the content. Yep...a walk into the hills around Kobe proved interesting. I went to check out Kitano which is an area at the base of Mt. Rokko. During the late 1800's many wealthy European merchants had large houses in the area. Many have been restored and are open today, not so much as museums, but more like "foreign" amusement buildings. They are very kitschy and cheesy, but Western standards, but very appealing to many young Japanese people interested in experiencing "foreign" things. I also stumbled across something called "Denmark House." It was an odd "Danish" themed place...I can't think of any other way to describe it.
